The Board Meeting Communicator button bookmark APP is an example of a Board Meeting Pack delivered to attendees on their mobile phones, iPads, Tablets or PC's. It has links to Board Pack material and it has a link to the virtual Meeting Room.
It offers Alerts, Links and Lists.
COMMUNICATORS can be customised to a given screen size
When meeting pack material is updated the next time that the button bookmark on a phone is opened the shared webpage that the MEETING PACK COMMUNICATOR is will open to the latest version.
The phone will not spam the attendees with pop-ups. The button bookmark will be dormant untill it is tapped to open.
Attendees may elect to follow/unfollow topics and meetings and if they are followers they will be sent a link by e-mail alerting them to the comment that has been posted.
Reminders can be scheduled for dated and timed release.
Telephone numbers on lists are tap to dial. e-Mail addresses open on e-mail pages. URLS are tap to link.
The Webo SiteBuilder has a huge range of content managers that allow you choice in content presentation.
You can put the whole site behind a password or you can put individual pages behind passwords. Data from the server is encrypted.
Meeting packs can be independently used to deliver meeting content links to attendees without linking them to meeting rooms. this enables the Meeting Pack Communicator to be used as a standing Communicator for other purposes. A Sales Manager, for instance, could have a SALES COMMUNICATOR that alerts his team to news and advise. This communicator could be linked to eg 200 product manuals that are loaded to flipbooks. The People Centred Performanace Enhancement COMMUNICATOR demonstrates this option as each Chapter is offered as a flipbook. In total this "product manual" has 255 pages loaded to this communicator. In another example the 3e's COMMUNICATOR links users to 32 blog topics covering over 200 pages of content. This illustrates the use of the Communicator as a Q&A where staff can have mobile access on their phones to detailed product knowledge or to repair specifications etc.
