Terms and Conditions
Sabre Aircraft is offering the Breakfast Flight experience:

to promote awareness of the excitement of light sport aviation in South Africa.

to introduce the ALTO TG to potential aviators.

as a lucky draw prize in the Sandton Giveaways Promotion.

The redemption of a winning ticket is subject to the confirmation of flight arrangements and to the approval of the pilot prior to take off.

On the morning of an arranged flight the winner will be invited to observe a standard light sport aviation preflight inspection and to ask any questions about the aircraft or the flight plan.

At the completion of the above inspection the winner will be required to provide the pilot with the indemnity form set out below duly signed and dated.

The breakfast flight experience to an exclusive lodge in Mpumalanga is not commercially available and the experience will be a priceless introduction to light sport aviation.

The breakfast will be a five star breakfast at the exclusive lodge.

There is no charge for entry in this Lucky Draw promotion and no qualifying purchases are required for eligibility.

The winner should declare their weight to the pilot when making arrangements for the flight and undertake to not take alcohol or drugs that may affect behaviour.

The pilot will take into consideration various matters including physical, mental and weight considerations before accepting the winner to be his passenger for the flight.

The decision of the pilot in respect of the acceptance of the winner as a passenger shall be final and is an express condition of entry.

Draw time: 6pm to 7pm
Indemnity to be signed by the winner.
Where the winner or holder of a gifted winning ticket is over 16 years of age but under the age of 18, this form must be signed by the holder and the parent/guardian. Where the winner is over 18 years of age the winner must sign and date this form in the presence of a witness.
I understand, acknowledge and accept that light aircraft aviation carries with it the inherent or obvious risk of bodily injury (including permanent disability, paralysis and psychological harm) or death and property damage or loss. This potential harm, damage or loss may arise from occurrences including: • pilot error, pilot incapacity, aircraft engine failure, mechanical problems, electrical faults, hydraulic faults, fuel leaks, impact with other objects or aircraft, air traffic control errors, aircraft marshalling errors, weather conditions; and/or • the failure or unsuitability of ground facilities (including fences and rails) to ensure the safety of persons or property.
In consideration for being able to participate in the non-commercial and free breakfast flight experience, I agree:

to participate in the breakfast flight experience as a passenger at my own risk and to release Sabre Aircraft and its respective members, directors, officers, servants, volunteers, representatives and agents, participating promotional giveaway partners and their servants and agents, pilots or other participants in the breakfast flight experience (collectively, the Associated Entities ) from any liability for my death, bodily injury, loss or damage (including property damage or loss) howsoever caused (including by negligence) which may be sustained or incurred by me as a result of my participation in the breakfast flight experience, except in regard to any liability which may not be excluded under South African Law;

that Sabre Aircraft and the Associated Entities do not make any implied or express warranty that any services provided by Sabre Aircraft in connection with the breakfast flight experience will be rendered with due care and skill or that the services and any materials provided in connection with those services will be fit for the purpose for which they are supplied; and
-
to indemnify and hold harmless Sabre Aircraft and the Associated Entities against any liability, claims, actions, loss or damage sustained by one or more of them arising out of or in connection with my participation in the breakfast flight experience.
For persons under the age of 18 years, the consent of the parent/guardian must be completed and signed below.
