The California Roll
A California roll is a sushi roll that is made inside-out (Rice on the outside) and which contains your choice of filling. In contrast to having the nori sheet on the outside, the California Roll has the nori sheet on the inside of the ride layer surrounding the filling. Nori is the Japanese name for edible seaweed.
