This Referral Programme is run by the Programme Administrator and these Terms and Conditions govern this Referral Programme, hereinafter referred to as the “Referral Program”.

The Referral Program may be terminated or suspended at any time without prior notice. Participation in the Referral Program means that the User agrees with the Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program.

Any account holder may recommend a friend or business connection of their choice who must either be an existing client or a potential client who opens an account.

When the referring client emails the voucher to the Friend or Business

Connection the voucher will be redeemed in the referring client’s account.

The referring client must hold Ambassador status to obtain this Referral Voucher which must be added to his/her account prior to it being referred.

The Friend must redeem the voucher and pay 50% of the online meeting support and online meeting pack quote.

Once the voucher is redeemed the voucher will be reinstated in the referring clients account which must be redeemed against 50% of the quote received.

Clients are eligible for this Reward only once.

Any enquiries and complaints regarding the Referral Program shall be submitted to the Programme Administrator.

For any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Programme Administrator will be final and binding.
