"Our little one arrived weighing in at 3.3kg's. I was in labour for about 8 hours. I just wanted to say thank you, as I was in labour I tried to remember that you said I must try and relax during my contractions, and it all went so well, that before we got to Genesis I was ready to push, the midwife almost missed the birth as she was stuck in traffic. I do really believe that the yoga helped prepare my body for the birth. So thank again".
