Micro Aviation Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. The Micro Aviation Referral Program is available to all existing members of the Bat Hawk Portal (Referring Member) holding an active Advisor (re writing Reviews in the past 30 days) or Advocate (re sharing on a social network in the past 30 days) status.
2. You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Referral Program.
3. To be eligible for the Micro Aviation Referral Program the Referring Member must refer to Micro Aviation a Referred Contact who is not an existing Bat Hawk or Bantam owner nor a prospective customer that is currently in sales deliberation/negotiations with Micro Aviation.
4. The Referred Contact must present this voucher for registration of the Referral at the first point of contact.
5. Upon presentation of this voucher (in print or by email) for registration the Referred Contact will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions.
6. After the first point of contact between the Referred Contact and Micro Aviation this voucher will, at the sole discretion of Micro Aviation, expire.
7. Registered referral rewards to both the Referred Contact and to the Referring Member will be activated when a Referred Contact successfully purchases a Bat Hawk aircraft.
8. For a referral to be successful it must be registered with Micro Aviation who reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to register a referral reward.
9. For each successful referral Micro Aviation will open an account for the Referred Contact and for the Referring Member and they will credit each of these accounts with the referral reward of R7,500 for each Bat Hawk successfullly purchased.
10. Referral Reward account credits may be applied as a discount against any future purchase made at Micro Aviation for products or for services.
11. Referral Reward account credits expire after three years and they may not be redeemed for cash.
12. Micro Aviation reserves the right to change the Referral Program terms and conditions and they may at any time terminate the program, in it’s entirety, without prior notice, or for a specific referring member/contact, for any reason with the result that vouchers will no longer be registered and registered referrals will be deregistered however Referral Reward account credits will, subject to confirmation, endure.
13. The Referring Member may not be an owner, employee, agent or sub agent of Micro Aviation.
14. Referral rewards are not valid for self-referrals
15. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Micro Aviation Referral Program will be resolved by Micro Aviation in its sole discretion.
16. We respect your privacy and so we collect and process all referrals without them being made public on the Bat Hawk Portal website.
17. Participation in the Micro Aviation Referral Program is evidence of your acceptance of all these terms and conditions and if you do not accept any of the above do not participate in the program.
