We charge you up to 30% less for office space. You don't pay for top of the line, AAA grade suites in overpriced office parks – our modern, no frills, no spills offices are all you need and extremely affordable.

We offer an unbranded building. It's up to you to decide how big or small you want to appear to your customers or clients.

There's no petty billing with us. Most of our competitors charge a monthly rate for office space AND add extra charges for telephone line rental, internet access and meeting room bookings. It all adds up and the total cost can be sky high.
With bizbutlers on the other hand, your invoice will reflect three charges: your office, parking and telephone calls. We don't charge for telephone line rental. You will receive a number of hours per month for the use of meeting rooms and capped internet usage – at no additional charge. These will be clearly indicated in your service agreement.
Value added services are available at additional cost for our clients who want the extras. But you'll always know upfront how much and for what you will be charged. No nasty surprises!
