COUPON REDEMPTION PROCESS
We market experiences on behalf of a range of "experience provider's" at discounted prices. We specialise in what we call "LAST MINUTE DEALS." Our listed Experience Provider's will tell you when "LAST MINUTE DEALS" are released or on which days they accept pre-paid coupons in full settlement of experience participation.
Should you need to enjoy a listed experience on a given date and time then we urge you to first contact the experience vendor to determine the availability of the experience on the date and time required.
This page can be accessed at https://mycom.app/experiences or by scanning the QR code on one of our pre-paid coupons.
Once you have purchased your coupon you need to make a reservation with the experience provider. On a live site the experience providers would be referenced on the Coupon and they would be listed on this page.
Making a reservation requires that the pre-paid coupon holder contacts the vendor of the experience and quotes the Coupon Order number at the time of making the reservation. Certain experiences are subject to a minimum number of participants and they may be weather dependant. For these reasons booked experiences may be subject to confirmation after a booking has been made.

Demo Experiences is a tour operation based in Durban South Africa. Our involvement in the Tourism Industry started from 1988. Our main services include Tours and Transfers. Our offices are located at the Ushaka Marine World and at the Tropicana hotel.
Our tours which range from daily to overnight, highlight the cultural and natural attractions of KwaZulu Natal and the rest of South Africa.
Our transfers service is extensive and very flexible ranging from the simple airport to hotel transfer to other destinations around the province.
We are members of Fedhasa(Federated Hospitality Association of South Africa) and Durban Tourism ,Zulu Kingdom, SAYTC(South African Youth Travel Confederation), Southern African Association for the conference Industry (SACCI). Our fleet consists of an air-conditioned Defender Land Rover, and two 13 seater Toyota Quantum. Each of our vehicles carries a passenger liability of a minimum of R10 000 000.
