Fourways Virtual Mall DEAL Terms and Conditions

1. Information provided on a printed Fourways Virtual Mall DEAL or on an online Site/App on how to participate forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Claimants must comply with these Terms & Conditions for a Fourways Virtual Mall DEAL to be valid.

2. Each claimant is entitled to a maximum of one Fourways Virtual Mall DEAL per person however registered Fourways Virtual Mall members are encouraged to send Fourways Virtual Mall DEALS to their friends and business connections. The Seller assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or image or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the seller may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Fourways Virtual Mall DEAL.

11. The seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the Fourways Virtual Mall DEAL, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13. These Terms & Conditions are subject to South African law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
