Your Seven Steps to Launching a Webo Agency
Welcome to the Webo Agency Coaching Site.
Build your knowledge. Take action. Serve your customers.
This roadmap takes you from choosing your agency direction to selling, delivering and growing your business. Some activities can run alongside one another, including website preparation during sales training.
IT ONLY WORKS IF YOU DO IT.
YOU DRIVE — WE NAV.
You own your agency and its progress. Webo provides the platform, training, resources and navigation. You bring the action, responsibility and commitment.
This page offers the strategy and a logical flow to enhance your understanding. If you would prefer a more more STEP BY STEP GUIDE to your onboarding CLICK HERE.
1. Commit to Your Agency and Choose Your Market
Decide what you want to build and which businesses you will initially serve.
- Choose your agency class: Side Hustle, Location, Niche, or Niche for a Defined Location.
- Confirm your proposed market and any territory or niche rights with Webo.
- Finalise your agency name, normally in the format AgencyName Marketing.
- Choose one initial target market and one priority business problem to address.
- Decide who handles Accounts and Administration, Sales and Marketing, and Operations and Service Delivery.
You may perform these functions yourself or agree responsibilities with partners and contractors. Plan around your available time and delivery capacity.
Completion: An agreed agency direction, name, initial market and allocation of responsibilities.

2. Complete Your Advisory Sales Training
Complete the LinkedIn sales course specified in Webo Sales Coaching before beginning live prospect calls.
Your role is to become a credible advisor. Learn to ask useful questions, understand a business owner’s aspirations and challenges, and explain suitable solutions without a pushy sales pitch.
- Complete the required course and retain your certificate.
- Study the Webo advisory sales funnel.
- Research your chosen market and prepare a focused value proposition.
- Practise explaining how GET FOUND and GET GROWING address the customer’s needs.
Completion: Sales training completed and your initial niche proposition prepared.
3. Establish Your Professional Presence
Work through your agency setup using the agreed Webo resources and guidance.
- Prepare your agency website, logo, email and signature.
- Complete your personal LinkedIn profile and agency LinkedIn Company Page—both are required.
- Represent your independent Webo Agency affiliation accurately.
- Prepare your Microsite Hub and Customer Hub as working examples of your offer.
- Add optional social channels only where you undertake to maintain them actively.
- Choose invoicing or a suitable payment gateway and prepare your collection process.
Keep access details private. Use the account credentials supplied to you and protect accounts with multi-factor authentication where available. Have a suitable computer, reliable internet connection and sufficient call time.
Completion: A credible agency presence, working email and enquiry routes, and a clear service offer.
4. Learn the GET FOUND & GET GROWING Process

Use the DIY Academy and current implementation manual to learn the process through your own agency ecosystem.
- Gather accurate business facts, links, service details and approved media.
- Learn to use the Status Quo research prompt and review its findings.
- Build service showcase microsites and answer-focused knowledge nodes.
- Configure Customer Hub coupon, loyalty and referral reward journeys.
- Learn the Google Business Profile work required for eligible businesses. Your own agency needs to meet Google’s eligibility requirements before creating a profile.
- Check AI-generated facts, claims and links before publishing. Use customer information and images only with appropriate permission.
Understand both customer routes: coaching customers who choose YOU DRIVE — WE NAV, and delivering the agreed work for D4U customers.
Completion: You can explain, demonstrate and carry out the core implementation process.
5. Practise Live Advisory Prospecting
Join scheduled online sales groups, normally 10 am to 12 midday, typically over one or two weeks. Confirm your dates and meeting access with Webo.
Use an agreed Webo directory to identify businesses in your target market. Examine their Google Business Profiles, research opportunities and practise advisory conversations with experienced guidance.
The Preferred Three-Conversation Funnel
- Introduce the options: Obtain permission to email the business owner useful information and the three service choices.
- Follow up after a couple of days: Ask whether they have run the Status Quo report. Where appropriate, offer to prepare it and obtain permission to send it through WhatsApp.
- Discuss the findings: Explore their priorities, explain relevant opportunities and help them choose a suitable next step.
The Status Quo report supports your advisory conversation with research into business information consistency, local visibility, competitors and other opportunities. Review the evidence and limitations before presenting findings; do not promise rankings or AI citations.

The Three Customer Options
- Option 1 — YOU DRIVE: Free guidance on the Status Quo prompt and the 20-point GBP completeness checklist.
- Option 2 — YOU DRIVE, WE NAV: R500 per month, including Microsite Hub and Customer Hub hosting, with the customer implementing through the guided ecosystem.
- Option 3 — D4U: R3,000 setup plus R2,000 monthly for the agreed done-for-you service. The first monthly payment is due 30 days after signup.
Completion: You can research a prospect, conduct an advisory conversation and manage agreed follow-ups.

6. Sign Up and Deliver Your First Customers

Turn the agreed solution into a clear engagement and dependable delivery.
- Confirm the chosen option, scope, customer responsibilities, pricing and cancellation terms.
- Collect business information, approved media and appropriate account permissions.
- Record the signup and confirm the payment schedule.
- For D4U, implement the agreed services, obtain customer approvals and test the relevant journeys.
- Complete the handover and explain ongoing updates, support and monthly work.
D4U commercial arrangement: The customer pays your agency R3,000 setup and R2,000 monthly. Your agency pays Webo R500 monthly hosting. The remaining monthly R1,500 is before your delivery costs, payment fees, taxes and other expenses.
Use the Payfast guide if you choose automated subscriptions, including its first billing date check. Confirm separate Webo hosting payment arrangements under your agency appointment.
Completion: Your first customer is correctly onboarded, the agreed work is delivered and ongoing responsibilities are understood.
7. Build Your Routine and Grow
Consistent action turns onboarding into an operating business.
- Schedule prospect research, calls and follow-ups.
- Plan customer delivery, updates and communication.
- Keep accounts and payment records current.
- Review sales activity, delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
- Keep learning and seek guidance when a specific question blocks progress.
- As your competence develops, help newer agents learn the process.
Record completed D4U setups. After five completed GET FOUND / GET GROWING Bundle implementations, you may request corporate contributor access, subject to Webo approval.
Completion: A sustainable business routine with clear targets, customer commitments and progress reviews.
Your Pace, Your Responsibility
Your schedule may fit around employment, family, studies or other commitments. Agree realistic progress and customer delivery expectations.
Coaching is available throughout the journey. Arrive with your questions, the work you have attempted and the next outcome you need to achieve.
Keep your focus: Generate sales, deliver dependable service and delight your customers.
