Our Coupon programme is available on Mondays to Thursdays (both days inclusive) and is not available on Fridays to Sundays.

Our voucher evenings are held on dates that are notified on our Communicator App.

Coupons are to be presented to our waiters at the time of ordering by offering your phone to your waiter that reflects your Member's Portal with the coupon or voucher displayed.

Your waiter will at the time of ordering redeem your coupon or voucher and confirm what is payable and the savings associated with redemption with you.

Should redemption not be processed the coupon or voucher will be able to be applied to the purchase of a specified qualifying item/s.

Coupons and vouchers expire on the dates specified.

Note that when purchasing a coupon you will be e-mailed a proforma invoice.

The restaurant will issue a VAT invoice, where applicable, upon the supply of the goods and services, eg. after you have received a meal you must pay for the full meal price as stated on the coupon.

Note that when purchasing a voucher you will be e-mailed a proforma invoice.

If a coupon is issued subject to other qualifying purchases and you do not present proof of purchase for the required purchases, the coupon will be void.

Only one coupon or voucher may be applied to the purchase of qualifying item/s at one sitting and the coupon or voucher must be fully utilised in one visit.

Table reservations are not required for coupons but tables are subject to availability.

Vouchers relate to special menu items or to events and thus table reservations are required for voucher redemption.

Our terms and conditions must be accepted online as a condition of purchase of a coupon.

No refunds, cashbacks or part utilisation of a coupon is allowed.

Add-on items are be purchased as separate items.

Coupon redemption is subject to the availability of goods and services.
