GIFT VOUCHER COUPONS AND SPECIALS & DEALS COUPONS

Our Coupons are issued subject to the following standard terms and conditions:
- Coupons may be printed for presentation or they may be presented on a phone for redemption.
- Coupons are to be printed in black and white or in colour by the purchaser for presentation with a valid form of identification at the time of arriving for an appointment.
- Reservations are made against the Coupon order number number that is detailed in the buyer's account.
- The Coupon order number is verified against our Coupon/voucher register and it will not be valid until it is accepted upon presentation.
- To protect the purchaser from fraudulent Coupon duplication:
  - Acceptance of Coupons is also subject to:
    - It being filled in with the name,
    - Telephone number and
    - Signature of the recipient plus
    - The e-mail address of the purchaser.
  - Coupons expire on the date specified.
  - Note that when purchasing this Coupon you will be e-mailed a proforma invoice.
    - This is an administration fee only
  - Mia Bella 18 will issue an invoice, where applicable, upon the supply of the goods and services, eg. after you have received a treatment you must pay the price as stated on the Coupon.
  - If the Coupon is issued subject to other qualifying purchases and you do not present proof of purchase for the required purchases, the Coupon will be void.
  - Only one Coupon may be applied to the purchase of the qualifying item/s and it must be fully utilised in one visit.
  - All appointment requests are subject to availability.
  - Our terms and conditions must be accepted online as a condition of purchase of a Coupon and a signed Coupon acknowledges that acceptance.
  - No refunds, cashbacks or part utilisation of a Coupon are allowed.
  - Add-on items are be purchased as separate items.
  - Coupon redemption is subject to the availability of of an appointment which must be requested and confirmed beforehand.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of Elizabeth Nolte shall be final and binding on both parties to a Coupon deal.
- Note:
  - A Coupon is an offer to purchase and in no way does it evidence payment for the services specified.
  - A Gift Voucher Coupon is an offer to purchase a defined face value gift voucher at a specified price.

On entering this Site you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of South Africa, and waive any objection to legal action being brought in the relevant Court on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.
