Our Mission
Service Delivery SA is an independent, apolitical initiative dedicated to improving accountability and transparency in South Africa’s metro and local governments. By combining factual data with citizen insights, we aim to highlight what works, what doesn’t, and where improvement is needed.
How It Works
We research the inputs and outputs of the top 20 metro and local councils, then invite residents to assess the impact and outcomes through a quick mobile-friendly survey. The results feed into a dynamic satisfaction index that benchmarks councils against each other — giving every citizen a voice in shaping better service delivery.
