GETS A PHYSICAL OFFICE AND A VIRTUAL OFFICE
THE VIRTUAL OFFICES ARE UNDISCLOSED ONLINE OFFICES
The online offices can be manned by the Team Member or by Support Staff.
By way of introduction, Bob Goodman receives a call from a client, the CEO of Jack's Construction, who is overseas. He needs an urgent commercial matter dealt with ASAP. The matter requires a manager from each Provincial Head Office to deliberate on a course of action with a couple of hours.
Bob phoned his PA Sally and Sally registered a Conference Call from within Bob's Virtual Office. She then e-mailed all concerned with the local telephone number to dial and she provided a URL as an alternative, to login from a PC. Within 20 minutes they were all online and they were sharing the Screen in Bob's virtual office. Sally was manning the backoffice and started taking the minutes which were shared lived while the meeting progressed. Those that needed to, uploaded attachments, for the others to view. During the meeting individuals could send private messages to each other, so as to not disturb the deliberations. One hour later, the meeting ended and all tapped the button to download a copy of the draft minutes. The meeting was recorded and the CEO was provided with the play back link.
