ABOUT US
A clean white building sits on the corner of Desmond and Appel Road, central to Kramerville, the biggest decorating and design area in Africa. 03 Levels of 15 very carefully selected retail tenants fill the building. All offering excellence to the decorative and design industry. Each one different to the next, giving variety and choice in one location. An events company will soon be taking over the roof top and will be offering a small food retreat for shoppers as well as running a fully fledged function venue. They will be fully operational by May. Collective our roof top fashion and design market takes place on the first Sunday of every month.

03 Desmond , Kramerville – This extraordinary banqueting and party venue is set right on the edge of the Sandton City urban/industrial fringe and its third-floor rooftop venue overlooks the Sandton skyline. This venue is versatile and ideal for private and corporate parties, product launches, events, weddings and experiences – with its capacity influenced by its set up, specified by the client.The roof is big enough to host up to 450 people for a cocktail party or 120 people for a sit-down dinner.
