Webo Directory & Site BuilderTerms & Conditions of UseUpdated re AI content On: 1 January 2025 Welcome to our Terms & Conditions. These Terms are founded on principles of: - Gentlemanly Conduct, sound Family Values, mutual respect, and clarity. They are designed to support our local small business community while ensuring compliance with all applicable South African laws and regulations. By using our services, you agree to uphold these values and obligations:
- Terms and Conditions are rarely needed when matters go right, and when they go wrong, they need to define an agreed-upon “playing field” and a “Game Plan” for circumstances in which dealings may become litigious.
- We are a small business dedicated to servicing small local businesses and often do "handshake" deals to SHOW rather than TELL. This means that without obligation, we may complete a B4U assignment, in whole or in part, to show rather than to tell you what is proposed. In these cases a preview may, for a limited time, be offered completely free of charge. If accepted standard rates apply. We believe in the value of our services that are not up for auction, if not accepted you should not expect us to negotiate.
- In this fantastic new world of robotics and AI content generation, we take pride in our reputation for building personal relationships with our clients and have a relatively “old world” approach to maintaining an “open door” policy, which strives to foster human, personal interaction with clients.
- As a matter of policy, in line with our resolve to build relationships, we often set up verbal arrangements in an informal manner that may be construed as non-binding on the parties. For centuries, one’s word was as good as a contract, and it remains so today. To be clear these Ts & Cs include acceptance that verbal agreements are binding.
Quick User Summary This is a short guide to help you understand the essentials of our Terms & Conditions.
