Rooms
Overnight tariffs include: Dinner, bed, breakfast, morning coffee/tea with scones or muffins, lunch, afternoon tea/coffee with biscuits and conference room facilities.
Conference Rooms
Conference facilities include: Mineral Water, sweets, flipchart and marker pens, overhead projector, TV and Video Machine, Data projector screen, white board, scribbling pads and complimentary pens. Day conference tariff includes: Morning and afternoon tea/coffee with scones, muffins, sandwiches, biscuits, lunch and conference room facilities.
Alpha Conference Centre can accomodate 161 delegates in comfort, more by arrangement.
Restaurant
Our Restaurant serves a full 3 course buffet for all conference delegates. Our conference delegates may arrange for any meals to be served in our beutifull Lapa (outdoor restaurant). This is very popular during hot summer days. We have a cosy corner in our restaurant with a fireplace to relax before or after dinner and our outdoor restaurant deck is the ideal meeting place for short breaks during your conference. Sunday Buffets for public guests must be confirmed the week prior.
Activities and Team building
We can assist our conference groups with almost any team building activity. Should our in-house team building facilities not cater for your specific requirements, we have a host of nearby partners who can arrange extremely adventurous activities and team building exercises.
