They are situated in the Stantiazicht apartment building, a secure residential complex, and have all the fittings you need to make your stay a comfortable one.
A neighbourhood convenience hub is located within short walking distance for your basic groceries, and several major shopping centres and malls are a short drive away.
Vehicular access to the parking area is through motorised gates controlled by key-ring remote. Pedestrian access to the complex and building is controlled by means of a transponder tag. In addition, the apartment has its own security gate. An intercom in the apartment allows the guests to permit pedestrian access.
