Medicross offers comprehensive primary healthcare across 69 Family Medical and Dental Centres located throughout South Africa. Our state of the art facilities and equipment ensure that more than 637 associated healthcare professionals deliver every patient with the professionalism, care and safety needed.
We offer a wide range of primary healthcare services including pathology, radiology and optometry. Other services offered include acute and chronic medical services, a variety of dental services, preventative services such as screening and surveillance, family planning, baby services as well as travel medicine and insurance medicals. Not only do we provide all of these services under one roof, ensuring value for money, but we also believe in offering a holistic approach to healthcare, one that involves preventative measures rather than curative practice. We also provide specialist services including physiotherapy, dieticians and psychologists.
For added convenience, our retail pharmacies are located within the Medicross centres, with many operating over extended hours. We also operate 12 day theatres, providing professional, affordable, same-day surgical procedures to medically insured and private patients.

*The Medicross Healthcare service offering includes medical practitioners, dentists, visiting specialists, pharmacy (all medicines provided at individual scheme DSP tariffs), radiology, theatres, pathology and a varying range of ancillary services including, but not limited to physiotherapy, well-baby, travel, specialised diabetes, hypertension and dietician clinical services.
