NestLife is a 100% black owned and managed life assurance company established in 1988. The company is governed by the Long Term Insurance Act of 1998. Previously owned by Capital Alliance, Vusi Sithole bought 74% of the company in 1996 and Capital Alliance's remaining share in 1999 to own 100%.
