Elize decided to do what she does the best: CATERING. She started in small and after a while the orders just kept coming in. (Well, who can resist her concoctions?) Nowadays, Elize can cater for up to 5000 people. With the help of George who is here to set up, drive and do the spitbraai, she become a leading force in the spitbraai industry. From kudu to impala to chicken to beef to pork to lamb, Elize has the ability to spit any occasion.
George is a dedicated hunter, so the Traditional Spitbraai and Catering now has the ability to produce spitbraais with game on a short notice. Traditional lamb or beef on the spitbraai can be replaced with game meat all over the year. George and Elize use their own special marinade and basting so Traditional Spitbraai and Catering is offering meat which is juicy, succulent and tender.
Traditional Spitbraai uses only organic ingredients where possible.
