It all began with a chance meeting 22 years ago between Des Armstrong and a traveller from Mexico. Armed with her expertise in marketing, advertising and business operations, Des detected a market niche: And so the Hadeda journey evolved.
Des has travelled to some of the most remote regions of Mexico, Peru and Guatemala in search of new designs, craft and beautiful objects, which she hand-picks for the flagship Hadeda store at 151 Jan Smuts Avenue, Parkwood.
