We are also Founder Members of the Second Hand Dealers & Pawnbrokers Board (SDPB). The Board was established to protect the consumer against unfair pawnbroker practices and to offer advice and legal help. Its other purpose is to protect the pawnbroker from corruption, police harassment and fraud.
Another plus factor is that the Execu-Pawn buyer is qualified with the Jewellery Council of South Africa in dealing with diamonds and gemstones. This benefits you, the client, in that you can obtain a fair assessment of the value of your jewellery.
We support the fight against crime by collaborating with the police. Unfortunately, pawnbrokers have always been targeted with bad publicity our personal statistics are less than 0.5%.
