ABOUT US
We are a small hands-on company that produces top quality olives, oils, vinegars and pastes. Our olives are hand picked and cured in salt water for 10 months, whereafter we process them to be a top quality product that is sold at food markets, in our own shop, as well as delis and restaurants throughout the country. Our oils are cold pressed within 24 hours of picking. We have a small team of staff that is enthusiastic and dedicated to produce our top quality olives in our open plan factory on Delvera Farm.
