Welcome to the digital foot-print of Peter Bee Pets. We’re not your usual Pet Shop. We’ve never wanted to be usual. We’re different on many fronts. From the pets we keep, to the customer service we offer all the way to friendly and helpful people you’ll find at Peter Bee Pets.
We’re based in Krugersdorp, Gauteng and if you don’t live near us, it’s well worth the trip to visit us. We like to think we should be a compulsory stop for everyone heading west.
PeterBee Pets has a range of snakes, lizards, dragons, fish (marine, tropical and cold water), birds, spiders, the list is as long as our animals are diverse.
From the first day we opened, our goal was to be a different Pet Shop to what people expect Pet Shops to be. Our customers reflect that goal. We attract a large number of passionate animal lovers, because they see the passion we have in providing an authentic pet shop experience.
Experience is a key word for us. We have people who come in simply to look at our crocs, our marine tank, the spiders and snakes. People feel at home here, and we work hard to keep it like that. We want them to have time and space to connect with everything in the shop.

Having a pet is only the start of any animal lover’s journey. At Peter Bee Pets we know this. We have an extensive range of accessories for you to select from to ensure your pet is kept warm when it’s cold, cold when it’s warm, occupied when it’s bored, and fed when it’s hungry.
If you’re looking for something we don’t have (we doubt that) we’ll do our best to find it for you. All you have to do is ask us. So if you don’t see what you’re looking for, please let one of our team know so we can make sure you have what you’re looking for.
People ask what we stock by way of accessories? If we listed them here it would be one ugly page. We work hard to ensure that everything you can think of we’ve got.
Food
We stock all the food for all the animals you find at Peter Bee Pets. We’ve got dry food, frozen food and live food for:
- Spiders (crickets and pinkies)
- Snakes (mice and rats)
- Fish
- Birds
- Lizards
- Cats
As always, if you want something we don’t stock (we doubt that) we’ll do our best to find it for you.
