 Joe Soap was founded in 1990 and as the business grew first a driver and later an assistant were employed; Colin, the assistant is still with us and now works as a mixer in the manufacturing department.
Over the years the business has grown to 80 employees and a fleet of 20 trucks. About nine years ago we bought our own premises, 7 500 m2.
We have evolved from marketing cleaning products which we had to buy and resell, to the point where we manufacture these ourselves.
Customer demand led us to increase our product range and we now sell paper products such as serviettes, toilet paper, hand towels and other kitchen, dining room and bathroom commodities.
Joe Soap also stocks a range of packaging including fomo and a myriad of other takeaway items.
Over the years, as the business has become more sophisticated we have increased our stock range to include products that enable restaurants to be HACCP compliant.
