We were established 36 years ago by the present owners with a view to providing car owners with a technologically advanced panel beater facility offering both a professional as well as an ethical approach to panel beating that was not available previously. We provided our customers with a comfortable environment as well as a spotless workshop.
In 1989 we built our existing panel beating premises which for many years set the benchmark by which all other panel shops were measured. We split the panel beating area from thepainting area to minimize dust and particle contamination in the spraybooths. Our building, even by today’s standards, is an attractive modern structure. Our workshop, 36 years later, is still spotless.
We have continued to operate the business with the founder’s high standards and it is currently run by a second generation family member. We have always been a family business and will continue being a family business. It is the only successful way of running a management intensive business. This gives the client access to the owners and not just to a manager or member of staff. The confidence this has given to our existing clients is considerable and most of our clients have been dealing with us for many years. We have a huge client base that is approaching 15000 people.
With an ethos of improvement, we have introduced a same day panel beating repair service. This service is not for short cut repair procedures like pushing or sucking dents out or performing paint touch ups but for proper panel beating. This is aguaranteed same day service. There is no one else offering such a service. We don’t advertise 24 hour or 48 hour repairs. We offer same day repairs which in essence are a 9 hour repair and in some instances significantly less. Bring your car in for an estimate and we’ll advise you on the duration/ scheduling of the repair.
