However, we will always continue with research and development, to improve on an already excellent product range. It is one of this company’s main values, to ensure that our clients will continue receiving the most up-to-date technology in the brick manufacturing business.
The Team
Each and every member of our team is highly specialised in his particular field of expertise and our technical ream has over 50 years combined experience in developing and manufacturing brick making machinery. We are a close-knit group of people that enjoys doing what we do and take pride in the products and services that we supply.
Products and Services
We have 3 main product groupings, which is further divided into 10 main types of brick manufacturing production lines and are still expanding according to unique customer requirements.
Our first group, the entry level non-electric brick making units, are ideal for manufacturing low quantities of bricks (up to 6,000 per day) in remote areas where there is no electricity supply. They are extremely inexpensive and are mainly for private use and small community projects.
Our second group of machines is the Egg-laying range and production capacity is from 10,000 to 20,000 bricks per day. These machines can be supplied in 220Volt, 380Volt, Diesel or Petrol operation depending on client requirements. The moulds are interchangeable, thus the client purchases 1 production plant and various types of moulds to manufacture different products such as bricks, blocks and pavers. These plants are specifically designed to start a new brick manufacturing business at a start-up cost of between R35,000 and R350,000.
Our third range of machines is our static range which focuses on high production volumes with reduced labor intensity. Production capacity has been confirmed from 14,000 up to 70,000, depending on plant layout, labor practices and recipe design. These are complete turnkey operations and can be controlled manually or automatic via color touch-screen control units.
Each plant is supplied with all peripheral machinery needed to manufacture bricks, such as pan mixers (from 200 liter to 800 liter, skip hoists, aggregate batching plants, cement batching plants and pallet-handling systems such as conveyors and gantries.

We have extensive experience with supplying and installing brick manufacturing plants across the African continent. Our client base consists of various companies ranging from start- up organizations, through co-ops to multi-national corporations.
