ABOUT US
We started with an idea in 2009 and started doing business in 2010.
Our current team consists of Roxanne managing behind the scenes and Nileta managing production. Porcia manages our staff. Carolette assists Nileta in all aspects of production. Franza is in charge of our administration. And at the core of our team are our paper- and product makers; Porcia, Yanelwa, Desmorien, Cecelia and Nkosikho – all members of the local community.
Our factory is situated at the foot of the Paardeberg, near Malmesbury.
We produce quality handmade products starting with the collecting of post consumer paper from a nearby school. We process this paper into pulp by adding only water. From this pulp our papermakers produce our handmade sheets. Our paper is air dried in an old attic.
All our paper is embedded with either flower or herb seeds and will grow as soon as you have planted it and with some caring attention.
