The growth and market dominance of Amusement Warehouse has come in no small part as a result of the business acumen and industry knowledge of our founder and CEO, Ahmed Hansa.
Endowed with an entrepreneurial bent, Hansa first started Amazing Amusements, some 20 years ago. Since that time he has garnered significant industry expertise about trends, operations and marketing relevant to the South African amusement industry.
In 1992 the company expanded its focus from route operations to the importation, manufacture and servicing of machinery. Based in own premises in Central Durban, the company has some 3000m2 devoted to workshops, repair facilities and production machinery. A sales and distribution branch is based in Johannesburg to service the Gauteng region. Many dealers have been approved countrywide to distribute the companies products. Today, the company supplies the largest range of amusement related products and services in Southern Africa.
