A Personal Breakthrough Session is an intense whole day session which begins at 08:00 in the morning and ends at about 16:00 or later if necessary.
During this session all the available NLP techniques together with some Hypnotherapeutic techniques and other Psychological interventions are used to assist a client to break through all the old limiting beliefs and also any emotional pain which is still stored deep in the unconscious mind. These scares may stem from early childhood and even from birth or before birth.
These old unprocessed emotional scares influence and direct present behaviors. Only when the past - which is still programmed in the unconscious mind - is healed and processed; can the present behaviur and emotions change.
It is an intense one day journey into the deepest shadows of the psyche. It is a journey which is done in a context of utmost support and love. A light lunch is included and a 1 hour full body massage.
