History
Way back in 1993 a need was identified for a transport company to provide a hands on, truly personalized and competitively priced service in the express courier market. And so in April 1994, BEX was born. Whilst most people were busy stocking up with food and fearing the worst, BEX was forging business relationships. Our first customer, a blue chip global auditing firm selected BEX as its courier of choice because of our passion, personal service and attention to detail. After 18 years BEX still continues to provide excellent service levels to this very client and many more. Whilst our first customer has grown significantly in size and complexity, so BEX has grown and adapted its services to exactly meet the needs of this and every other customer.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide our customers with a range of quality domestic and international services. By focusing on quality clients, we will ensure the customer receives excellent service levels and personal attention at competitive rates. In meeting these commitments, Business Express will generate a sustainable return on investment, to secure funding for future growth in the company and through our national presence promote job creation throughout South Africa.

Our People
BEX has over 300 employees who are skilled and knowledgeable in all areas of the courier, distribution and logistics business. The BEX team members’ role is to intimately know and fully understand the specific courier and logistic needs of every customer. Through the application of this knowledge, coupled with our deep understanding of courier distribution, our teams are able to add value to your operation.
