Xtraspace SelfStorage bought our first self-storage facility in 2007, and today we own and operate 17 facilities nationwide. We currently rent out approximately 90,000 m² of self-storage space.

Security:
We have all the necessary measures to protect your possessions including: 24 hour CCTV systems, 24 hour armed response, perimeter fencing and security beams. Our units have fire walls and are equipped with fire fighting gear.
Flexibility:
We offer storage space in a variety of sizes. There's no waiting period - if the space is available, you can move in immediately. We offer a monthly rental arrangement so all you need to do is provide 30 days notice when you want to end the agreement. You keep the key to your unit and can access it any time during working hours or after hours by arrangement.
Affordability:
Because we offer a range of unit sizes you only pay for the space you need. We also apportion your rental depending on the date your contract begins so you only pay for the time you need your unit for. This, combined with our low monthly rates, means our professional storage options are cost-effective.
Convenience:
Our friendly staff members are trained to make your self-storage experience as easy and hassle-free as possible. Our facilities are conveniently located and visible for easy access. We sell packing supplies on site and can assist with removals if necessary. Our terms are simple - we require a one month deposit and rental paid monthly in advance.
