LENDING A HELPING HAND
At Samsung Air, we not only have a head for business, but also a heart for those less fortunate.
For example, our Cape Town branch is the patron sponsor of the Woman2Woman organisation, a collaboration of friends determined to give something back to those who are less fortunate. It harnesses the power of women in business, networking to make a significant impact on the lives of those in need within the local community.
Already Samsung Air Cape has been involved in helping to raise funds for the CIC (Crime Intervention Centre) in the local community, which assists with trauma counselling, in cases of abuse and promotes upliftment. At the Samsung Air/Taylor Made Atlantic Beach Ladies Open, Woman2Woman was introduced to over 150 woman golfers from around the Western Cape. Also at this event, over R12 000 was raised for the CANSA Association and a cheque presented to them that evening. Woman2Woman are also currently raising funds for the pre-educational needs in Dunoon.
