Al Awnings was established in 1988 by Albert van Wyk, who is still  the owner of Al Awnings. Albert has always taken a hands-on approach, from installations to sales to after service.
Al Awnings started in a garage in Kempton Park 22 years ago. Since then, we have simply gone from strength to strength.
We were voted the best awning company in 2007 and in 2008 by the Star Readers Choice. We designed and erected awnings for Mr Nelson Mandela. We have grown our business through excellent service and commitment to our “ get it right the first time” approach. Today, we boast that we can offer you exactly the same product whether you buy it from any one of our branches in Cape Town, Durban, Wilderness, Pretoria or our head office in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
