ABOUT US
Maple Street timbers has been directly and indirectly involved in the timber industry for the last 20 years.
Our warehouse located on the East Rand, houses a great range of timber, both local and imported from all over the globe, North and South America, Africa, Malaysia and Europe.
We cater mainly for the local manufacturing industry in the furniture and kitchen cabinet trade, as well as specialized decking and solid wood flooring.
Should you need one piece for a home project or a couple of bundles for a big job, we can supply it.
PRODUCTS & SERVICES
PRICES:
Timber is quoted per volume, as there are no standard sizes with most of the species. The following formula can be used to calculate a price per length:
LENGTH x WIDTH x THICKNESS x PRICE/m� x VAT
If you have a specific cutting list, send it through to our sales team and they can give you a more precise quote according to your needs.
We have the facility to cut and plane timber on site to your specific requirements.
COSTS:
Planing: R10 per length
Rip: R5 per cut
Cross cutting: No additional charge
Delivery can be arranged at a minimum additional charge and processed within a day or two.
