Plans Central is an Architectural Design Company, which specialises in the provision of design services directly and indirectly related to Architectural Draughting.
The company focus is on Design and Draughting services primarily in the residential, light industry, and commercial segment of the market, which includes private residential, housing developments, spec housing projects, Freehold cluster, Sectional Title developments, Factories, Small to medium Retail Shopping Centres, etc.

Plans Central Architectural Design is made up of a team of young, creative individuals, combining well in excess of 15 years experience in the industry. With this exciting mix of individuals, you the client, are assured quality input, collaboration, and involvement in the final result.
The Technology
Plans Central applies a system in which the Design Consultant deals with the clients and consults on the aesthetic and technical aspects of the project, providing a comprehensive brief to the draughtsman. Once the brief has been reviewed, all technical work is completed on Computer Systems, using internationally recognised industry standard CAD packages. We are a turn-key in-house operation. Our plotting equipment is capable of plotting plans up to A0 in size, and in full colour if necessary.
Completed plans are then printed and presented to clients for their feedback and approval.
