A little bit of History..
Sunpro Blinds was opened in 1980 in Centurion. The general function of Sunpro Blinds was to outsource its products from other manufacturers and to install blinds and folding doors in South Africa. In 1990 Sunpro built its own building in Hennopspark Centurion and obtained its own blind manufacturing machines.
Sunpro had to expand due to our growth so we decided to relocate our factory to Johannesburg and revamp our existing premises in Centurion to our Sales Offices.
Our installation division consists of three teams with two trained technicians per vehicle. We install blinds all over South Africa as well in some neighboring countries like Botswana, Mozambique, Angola and Namibia.
Raw materials that are imported are 70% from China and 30% from Holland.
Local materials like aluminum and plastic acetyl self lubricant components are extruded and injection moulded by local companies in South Africa.
We have a wide range of products that can be viewed under our Products page. No installation is too small and no installation is too big for Sunpro Blinds.
