History
Team-Fixa-Crack cc has been in business since 1988. Mr Hans Bodenstein is the sole member of the company and has been hands on in the management of the company since it was formed 23 years ago. Mr Bodenstein qualified as a Civil Engineering Technician in 1973 at the Witwatersrand Technicon, before forming the company he was employed by the CSIR (Council for Scientific and Industrial Research) in their National Building Research Institute where he formed an imperative part of a research team that investigated the building of foundations on problematic soil and the repair of structures on these soils.
Equipment
Team-Fixa-Crack cc is committed to bringing its clients equipment that in turn enhances our core skill in the engineering game. The equipment includes a "cutting machine" that with the help of a diamond-cutting blade (with a diameter of 850mm) cuts through walls to allow for movement in structures.
Another of the machines, which the company uses, is a Mini Piling Rig it consists of a 1.0 ton robust drill rig mounted on extendible rubber tracks for aiding in the piling of structures.

Team-Fixa-Crack cc has a zero disabling incident which applies to the health and well-being of all our employees, the safety of each individual.
The construction and engineering industry has historically been a hazardous work environment, where serious incidents are regularly recorded. Attracting and retaining young or new skilled staff to this environment can be a challenge, and a poor health and safety record has not helped the image of the industry.
