South African Artist and Art Teacher, Leonora de Lange, resides in Johannesburg, teaching art at Norscot Manor Recreation Centre in Fourways and The Art Place in Northcliff.
She is a versatile artist working in Watercolours, oils, acrylics, pastels, charcoal, pencils and ink, with a wide variety of subject matter.
Leonora is an Associate of the WSA (Watercolour Society of Africa - www.wsa.org.za),a member of the MASSA ( Miniature art society of S.A.), and exhibits at Artists Under the Sun at the Zoo lake, Heathway Centre in Blackheath, as well as in various galleries such as Manor Gallery in Fourways, The Art Place in Northcliff, Chris Tugwell Gallery at Hartebeespoort Dam and Metamorphis Gallery in Wakkerstroom.
She had 1 miniature watercolour painting accepted for the 4th Worldwide Exhibition of miniatures in Burnie, Tasmania in 2008, and in Moscow in 2012.Has had miniatures on exhibition at The miniature Art Society of Florida in America , the Seaside Art Gallery , North Carolina, the Heartland Art Guild in Kansas and The Miniature Painters, Sculptors & Graes Society of Whingon, D.C. in the USA .She has paintings in the UK, Scotland,France, Germany,the Netherlands, The USA ,China, Japan, Jordan,and Malasia
