ABOUT US
Ithuteng Learning Support Centre was opened in July 2009 by Lauren Brown and Margeaux Engelbrecht. Lauren and Margeaux met while doing teaching prac. at a local school. Both are passionate about children and identified a need for there to be a centre in Midrand where parents could have the convenience of a list of services from one location. Lauren and Margeuax are both committed to following and obeying Christ in all they do, and see the centre as an opportunity to serve the Lord, while serving the community. Since the opening of the centre, Ithuteng has grown to offer a wide range of therapists and services. It is hoped that this growth will continue in the future, as Ithuteng continues to look for more ways to serve the children of the community better.

Inclusion packages at schools
Ithuteng offers in-school therapy and teaching where the therapists see children during the school day, at their school in order to support the children as necessary. This would need to be arranged in consultation with the child’s school and teacher.
