Capsicum Culinary Studio has schools in Cape Town (opened in 2003), Johannesburg (opened in 2006), Centurion (opened in 2007), Durban (opened in 2008), Boksburg (opened in 2009) and Port Elizabeth (opened in 2010), and offers accredited Professional Chef qualifications in South Africa.
