The business was started in 1993 in the north of Pretoria to provide people in the Pretoria area with quality knitting yarns. The business has grown to include a full range of yarns and related products.
The business is family run and the family are passionate about providing knitters with the best quality yarns, and the best advice to achieve the best knitting results
By 1998, the range of wools and yarns had increased from 20 to 150. This was due to the customers wanting a bigger variety to choose from, and also the increase of interest in knitting among the younger people in South Africa.
