ABOUT US
We are a family owned woodworking business specialising in timber garage door manufacture.
Our products include timber garage doors, sectional and tip-up, and purpose made timber entrance doors and gates. Waterproof glues that conform to international standards are used and our products are treated with an oil based sealer that enhances and protects the doors from weather and is also U.V. resistant for further protection from the sun. We also manufacture speaker boxes, promotional plywood boxes and miniture flag bases.
Timber
We use kiln dried selected timber, the most popular being Saligna and Meranti. Saligna is sourced from renewable plantations both locally and from neighbouring states. This timber has a high bending and crushing strength and is resistant to shock loads. This is also a very durable wood. Meranti is an imported timber from Malaysia and Indonesia and is used extensively for exterior woodwork. Kiaat and African Rosewood are also some of the woods that we use in the manufacture of doors to order.
