ABOUT US
The Church of Santa Maria Della Salute, a masterpiece of baroque ecclesiastical architecture, was built in thanksgiving for having restored Venice to good health after a devastating plague in 1629.
La Salute literally creates the entrance to the Grand Canal, giving it grandeur and authority - it's huge, white marbled dome makes it one of the most conspicuous monuments of Venice.

The Restaurant - Caffe della Salute located on the Sandton Square overlooking the Nelson Mandela statue serves fine Italian fusion with a focus on vibe and service.
“Whilst we are proud of our traditional Italian dishes we are even prouder of our infusion of superb South African steaks and designer breakfasts. Come in and explore our menu!” say brothers Phil and Manny.
Serving over 42000 cocktails in the past ten months, with a comfortable smoking area, extensive wine and whisky menu and unique atmosphere - the crème dela crème are often patrons at the trendy, Caffe della Salute.
