The Ale House is a quaint pub and craft brewery situated in Broederstroom. The country setting makes this venue the perfect "get-away" for a quiet lunch, enjoyed with our own craft beer on tap.
We have a real wood burning pizza oven. The view is magnificent, and you can enjoy your beer and meal looking out over the mountains.
Indoors, our pub is reminiscent of an old Irish Pub - small and with lots of character. You will also find our “museum corner”, dedicated to the role the Irish played in the South African wars.
We have frequent special events. Starting with our immensely popular "Solstice Festival", an annual music and beer festival. We also have regular brewing demonstrations, and now introduce the Hops Festival too.
