Kai, after whom the Restaurants are named, hails from Udon Thani in the north-eastern reaches of Thailand, from where she inherited a mastery of Thai cooking and an appreciation for food; a characteristic of this country’s wonderful people. The food we serve here at the Kai Thai Restaurants reflect the strong family tradition of Thai cooking, which has been preserved in authenticity as it was handed down from generation to generation.
