Our expertise in the industry come from our country of origin, Venezuela, acting as partners to and with the support of a well-known chain of fusion Japanese restaurants in Venezuela and the Caribbean.
We are all about offering a new and exciting experience in terms of food and creating a fresh concept around traditional Japanese cuisine. To do this, we have worked to create delicious, beautifully presented dishes served in a welcoming atmosphere.
Our menu, blends ancient Japanese techniques with the exotic ingredients and flavours which characterise South American cuisine, a combination that results in an amazing new culinary experience. Included in our menu are delicious Japanese soups, mouth-watering starters, sushi rolls with more than 40 different variations to choose from as well as a variety of fascinating hotdishes created especially for non-sushi lovers.
