 The Songshan Kung Fu Executive Academy was founded in 1990 by Si-Jo John Souglides PhD who is a National and International World Champion and certified Judge, Referee and Coach who has developed National and International World Champions. His knowledge and drive to achieve the best results from his students has been proven time and time again. He has the well deserved recognition from many martial artists and enthusiasts from around the world. His continuous loyalty to create awareness of the beauty of his martial arts system grows stronger and stronger through the public's eye and his school will be opening branches locally and internationally.
The reason why there is such a demand for what the Songshan Kung Fu Executive Academy has to offer is that we are serious about what we do and make sure that the traditional methods are maintained. All our instructors and assistant instructors are carefully selected and screened before being granted a class. This ensures that the highest standards are maintained at all times. Those students that have been given the HONOUR to teach have to maintain the highest level at all times and are continuously monitored. In this way the students receive individual attention and a high level of tuition that the Songshan Kung Fu Executive Academy is reputed for. If a student is honest, trustful, loyalty, respectful, humble, patient and trustworthy, the teachers will always do his/ her utmost to guide those students with the aid of Si-Jo John Souglides PhD to become a positive, caring, respectful and confident person who is an asset to society.
In 2010, Si-Bah Cheyne Macintosh was given the opportunity to become the Head Instructor for the Songshan Kung Fu Executive Academy - Edenvale Branch. Si-Bah Cheyne has been training under Si-Jo John Souglides PhD for many years, not only in the Martial Arts but that of a Metaphysical understanding. This Honour of Heading his own Academy is a great privilege for Si-Bah Cheyne, as it fills a life dream of teaching the Martial Arts and continuing the traditions and knowledge passed on to him by Si-Jo John Souglides PhD.
Apart from heading his own Songshan Kung Fu Executive Academy branch in 2010, Si-Bah Cheyne also trained and competed with his team in the 2nd ICMAC World Championship held in Nassau Bahamas. The team consisted of Si-Bah Cheyne, two female students and two male students. The entire team did exceptionally well, bringing home 17 medals: 7 gold, 4 silver and 6 bronze. Again in 2012, Si-Bah Cheyne took a team over to Italy, to compete in the ICMAC European Championships. Once again, the team showed great skill and focus bringing home 10 medals: 8 gold and 2 bronze from a team of 4 competitors. This gives testament to the high standard and knowledge taught within the Songshan Kung Fu Executive Academy and by Si-Jo John Souglides PhD.
