The Beginner bodybuilding programs are recommended to those individuals that are new to weight training or have been out of action for a lengthy period of time. These programs should be alternated regularly (example. monthly) so as to prevent stagnating. There are four beginner training programs through which to alternate.
Increasing poundage
With the beginner training programs poundage can be increased by small increments on a regular basis so as to maintain progression.
The beginner training programs are a great stepping stone for new or rusty bodybuilders. Once you feel comfortable with these training programs and the bodybuilding environment you can move on to the intermediate and advanced sections.
